anyways, they take money and after paying they would not even care to file

am trying to reach them since two weeks and no response so far

 

even before the recent fraud in news, had a suspicion on them and wanted to make sure if data handled is secure and not shared 

their employees openly tell you clearly we do not care for our customer 

 

All the people who file with them, their data is shared with other filing firms

Don’t go with desi filers !!!
This time I faced similar issue, I am not eligible for a particular type of filing don’t file ani cheppina and they said won’t file until I confirm. But received email after few days that they e-filed already much before I even sent them 8879. H&R Block consultant verified they filed incorrectly and need to amend returns.

This time because whoever did not get stimulus money is getting refunds big time, they started doing hack of filing like changing the account number where YOUR REFUND would be CREDITED TO AUTOMATICALLY
