If you watch the whole video, looks like the elderly man was under influence and giving tough time.

The Cops seem patient enough yet so dumb. He was clearly under influence and no way he would understand anything.

For his age and state the elderly man can no way make these cops feel threatened.

I would blame the Gun culture and policies to give a gun to every person...

i was shocked to see How easily we can buy a gun and the bullets are soo cheap as well...
