sri_india Posted March 27, 2021 Report Posted March 27, 2021 , ila ela behave chestharu manushulu మహారాష్ట్ర ‘లేడీ సింగమ్’గా గుర్తింపు పొందిన అటవీ అధికారిణి దీపాలీ చవాన్(28) ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నారు. భారత అటవీ సర్వీస్(ఐఎఫ్ఎస్) అధికారి ఒకరు తనను లైంగికంగా తీవ్ర వేధింపులకు గురిచేశాడని, ఆయన చేతిలో తాను చిత్రహింసలకు గురయ్యానంటూ ఆత్మహత్యకు ముందు ఆమె రాసిన నాలుగు పేజీల లేఖ ప్రకంపనలు సృష్టిస్తోంది. మెల్గాట్ టైగర్ రిజర్వు(ఎంటీఆర్) సమీపంలోని హరిసాల్ గ్రామంలోని తన అధికారిక నివాసం(క్వార్టర్స్)లో గురువారం రాత్రి పొద్దుపోయాక ఆమె సర్వీసు రివాల్వర్తో కాల్చుకుని ఆత్మహత్యకు పాల్పడ్డారు. ఘటనా స్థలంలోనే ప్రాణాలు విడిచారు. ధైర్య సాహసాలతో అటవీ మాఫియా ఆటలు కట్టించిన దీపాలీ చవాన్ ‘లేడీ సింగమ్’గా పేరు సంపాదించుకున్నారు. ఆమె భర్త రాజేశ్ మొహితే చిఖల్ధారలో ట్రెజరీ అధికారి. దీపాలి తల్లి తన సొంతూరైన సతారాకు వెళ్లిన సమయంలో ఆమె ఈ తీవ్ర చర్యలకు పాల్పడ్డారు. దీపాలీ ఆత్మహత్య లేఖలో పేర్కొన్న ఐఎఫ్ఎస్ అధికారి, అటవీశాఖ డిప్యూటీ కన్జర్వేటర్(డీసీఎఫ్) వినోద్ శివకుమార్ను పోలీసులు నాగ్పుర్ రైల్వే స్టేషన్లో అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని అమరావతికి తరలించి కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. శివకుమార్ తనను కొన్ని నెలలుగా లైంగికంగా, మానసికంగా ఎలా వేధించిందీ దీపాలీ ఆ లేఖలో వివరించారు. శివకుమార్ ఆగడాలపై పలుమార్లు ఆయన సీనియర్, ఎంటీఆర్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ ఎన్.శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డికి ఫిర్యాదు చేసినప్పటికీ చర్యలు తీసుకోలేదని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరి మొదట్లో గర్భవతిగా ఉన్న దీపాలీని మూడు రోజుల పాటు పెట్రోలింగ్ నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉందంటూ శివకుమార్ తనతో పాటు బలవంతంగా అడవిలోకి తీసుకెళ్లాడని ఆమె సన్నిహితురాలు ఒకరు తెలిపారు. గర్భిణి అన్న విషయం తెలిసి కూడా కిలోమీటర్ల దూరం నడిపించాడని, గర్భస్రావం కావడంతో దీపాలీ తీవ్ర మనోవేదనకు గురైందని వివరించారు. దీపాలి లేఖలోని ఆరోపణలపై ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రి అజిత్ పవార్ మాట్లాడుతూ... అన్ని కోణాల్లో విచారణ జరిపిస్తామని, నిందితులను వదిలిపెట్టబోమన్నారు. నిందితుడు శివకుమార్ను సస్పెండ్ చేస్తూ అటవీశాఖ ముఖ్య కన్జర్వేటర్(మంత్రాలయ) అరవింద్ ఆప్టే శుక్రవారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు. ఎంటీఆర్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ ఎన్.శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి బాధ్యతలను మరొక అధికారికి బదిలీ చేసినట్లు అరవింద్ ఆప్టే వెల్లడించారు.
