Frnds , what is your forecast on home prices in upcoming months given that 

•    Increasing interest rates 
•    Since vaccine is available to major groups, home material supply chain also improve, do you think home cost will reduce?
•    In coming months, people may get to office. if that happens most of them prefer nearby. that give more options to buyers?

Better wait for sometime?
