I-140 EB2 to EB3 downgrade ni premium processing ki evaraine move chesara ? 

March 18th finger prints itchamu. Premium ki move chesthe quick ga EAD, AP vatche chances vunnaya ?

( EAD,AP vasthe stamping skip cheyatchu kada. Mainly thinking of this option because of possible needs to go to India.)

Any suggestions ?

140 has no impact on ead and ap bro

But to your question premium chepinchukoto have peace of mind don't use ead or ap without getting your 140 approved(just be safe)

One.more point nee premium first time e accept avutadi ani gurantee ledu they might deny premium ( not 140only premium part of it)) and ask yiu to submit after 30 days , naadi deny ayindi my attorney might file again, there is another thread where yiu can see more updates good luck bro
