So far what I understood 

1) don't ever miss biometrics , if the final action dates are current and if you don't have bio done they cannot adjudicate your application

2) downgrades get your 140 approved in premium get it done, if it reaches final officer cannot adjudicate unless your 140 is approved

3) people who have border final action date be ready with mdeicals yiu can interfile need not wait for rfe , even if rfe comes we can submit again

4) DONT ver use ap ead by mistake if 140 is not approved to be safe

So far Inthe
