Monetary contribution is nothing, it wont help them in anyway. Saudi might have given permits for some but they use them as labour.  They do not provide Equal Rights like how European nations give to every human being.

Also Saudi numbers are 100% fraud. They will not take any refugee unconditionally.

Also see the fate of the immigrant labour in Saudi Arabia. They lead a life worse than dogs leaving their home countries. Where as their Arabian masters enjoy fuc*ing tens of wives. They pay 1/10th of the salary they usually pay to the native people. No religious freedom at all.
