Construction cost in village

India ki every year velli..oka 4 days akkada vundaali ani koarika..so that I can spend some time with my mom. Maa amma opposite house loaa maa annayya thoaa vuntundhi..Naaku antha comfort gaa vundahu...4 days a  intloaa ante..As usual lot of leg pulling from wife and inlaws.

2000 per sqft is the normal estimation , idk if the recent steel, cement hike increased that rate . 

Just because it's a village doesn't mean it's going to be cheap , infact I would say construction costs will be more in villages than small towns

Village la oka 7 lakhs lo aipotadi, decent home with compound wall vastadi..

villages la kabatti style of construction mida depend...but 6-7 lakhs lopale motham aipotadi

Naadi small village ne .. naaku just a bedroom with very very small kitchen, nothing else, no hall almost 11 lakhs ayithundi

within 10 laks ipothadi, give it to a construction dealer, vade chooskuntadu ani..unless someone from your  family be there all time during construction. 

Builder ki icheyatam better, no hassle

cosntruction is same everywhere kno only land rate different....monna paint veyincha celing cheyindi 60,000 futt for 2 rooms lol
