My requirements

Safe neighborhood

Decent school district (i have middle and elementary school kids)

2 bed 2 bath atleast 1000 to 1200sft apartment home if possible with attached garage first floor  hopefully under 1000 to 1200$ per month rent.

Good community for kids to play around and have a good time.

Work commute does not matter as mine is permanent remote job.

Close to indian grocery if possible not mandatory

Heb or walmart anyway nearby hopefully.

used to stay in Hidden ridge in Irving but that was 10 years ago. but pakkane park untadi. school district no idea.

find an apartment which has more kind of family ppl and kids.

If garage option is there i am willing to spend additional 200$ as well..

 

I found lot of them like i listed above messages with 1800$ range asking locals if they know any better ones around 1200 to 1500$ budget.

This is wrong time to move as apartment prices will be higher as lot of people move better school start
