DS 160 Help

First time filling DS160 and need some help. I'm working as FTE for a company.

My H1 approval has petitioner address as 

Address1, city1, state1

My  LCA has

Address2,city1,state1

Basically same zipcode, building are right next to each other... but petitioner address, employment letter has headquarters address.

There are 2 places where it's asking to enter employer information in Ds160

Present Employer or School Name:

Address:

and

Temporary Work Visa Information:

Street Address:

 

What address should I provide at both places ?

LTT. Can someone confirm what address to provide? Few people in telegram visa group are telling to put LCA address at both the places.

Is there a way to retrieve old ds160 as I am planning to go for visa stamping again so looking a way to retrieve the old one. Strangely f1 ds160 is still Scribble but not the h1 ds160.
