I have a friend who works in Asst. Prof cadre in a Govt College in Guntur. He was posted on Election Booth Duty in Guntur Dist in April,2019 AP General Elections. He was telling me about how Kodela SivaPrasad Rao grabbed the Polling booth and threatened election officials. When people from 100 villages retaliated him, he understood the scene and fled away from the election booth. 

If SocialMedia was not there, the news would have reached later. Meanwhile Kodela should have hijacked whole Guntur Dist.

Ask about this in Guntur and you will know the answers.

He was called "Bombula sivaprasad" . 

5 TDP workers were killed  while making bombs inside his house during elections. Ofcourse he got clean chit and the case was filed on unanimous persons .

   That's how palanadu  politics used to be back in those days .
