He was called "Bombula sivaprasad" .

Yeah, its not possible to prove it openly but inherently its the case. But during TDP time, obviously favours go to one caste in particular. In YSRs time, he will take care of his henchmen irrespective of their caste. But YSR too looted a lot.

Incidentally I was speaking to my distant cousin in Eluru whose daughter is now currently working as Gazetted Officer in the Irrigation Department of AP. The role is based in Eluru.

We never talked about caste in last 30 years but she is saying that her daughter was threatened with dire consequences if she exposed the irregularities in projects. It happened between 2014-2019. She was literally crying telling about the incident. The big boys of Eluru (obviously Pulka Heads in the district) threatened her to accpet INR 5 Lakh as bribes and keep quiet. But she fought and fought till 2019. After May,2019 when TDP lost, almost no corruption in the entire Department. My cousin says every one in the district were fed up with corruption and dominance of one caste in Eluru and thats the reason why TDP fared very badly in the district.

On top of that, as you said, every department Police, Muncipality, Power sector....the list is endless.

Lol thokas are bit helpful in solving land disputes through govt g.o's , although cabinet used to be 60% thokas

Pachaa pulkas degara panavadhu.. For. Other caste contractors, land litigations in govt, only blood and breed is solution

But the advantage with Yeddis is they are not really Royal blood and breed. Many of them work as daily labourers, auto-rickshaw pullers etc and that makes the caste more integrated into the society.

On any day, when you have to compare Pulkas with other castes, you will not find any other caste that is even comparable with Pulkas. Yeddis are a lot better in many cases.

As I said, Yeddis form much larger populace with around 8% if I am right and integrate well into other castes.
