but sometimes office place racism is so subtle that you doubt yourself if your being paranoid or other person is racist.

Yes americans are more liberal than indians and generally more fair minded too. I am not saying they are racist against indians- many just dont like indians. Apart from their foreigness many are suprisingly well aware of indian caste supremacy bheaviours and also the third world manners common among many indians that irritate them.

many - in one texas area it is generally about indian kids playing cricket on roads and taking ganesh nimmarjanam on streets etc - at some point it became too much for them.
