I heard similar process with kcr...for irrigation projects , 15 to 30% is fixed... Not more. Work has to be get done with quality...you manage with that 30% whatever you want

He doesn't compromise on the work , he wants it done on time . Payment late ayina parledhu work mathram avvali . 

Enthaina professional contractor kadha , he knows the ins and outs of the business and gets things done .

Perhaps the only professionals in Modi's cabinet are gadkari and jayashankar

Yeah things go pretty fast for business guys.. In Congress or now ycp rule, these leaders even threaten or manhandle officials if necessary

It doesn't matter , the land belonged to Kukatpally housing board not the electricity department . 

Even now there's some litigation between the developer and housing board

The substation was within the perimeters of the housing board.. not sure about the ownership though..
