Also what is the % of people who work on manufacturing/floor almost zero with H1b compared to in IT. Mostly white-collar people do know about H1b even though not in IT, if working in corporate sector.

very rare bro...naa current office lo management at least oka 200 aina untaru...not even my boss knows about H1B...even though I am working as a consultant, he thinks it's kind of work permit to work in this country but not specifically H1B....I think HR team will definitely know abhout H1B...

every company got IT but not much manpower used for IT unlike manufacturing bro...naa paatha company ki at least 12 different locations unnay and only one division lo IT untadhi and that IT supports all the divisions around the world and coming to shopfloor manpower only in USA, there are at least 200,000 working...
