In reality Adani pays 1/3 rd government pay. No timely bonus.. when it's time for promotion he will fire and hire new young employee . He has worst labour abuse record ..when india lost money he made 31 billion$..rules and regulations don't touch him...thanks to his pals in power.

Government takes losses equally , ceo or chairman's won't get share of profit like in private sector.

In private companies ..you work like dog..ceo and chairman takes profits .

 

So basically...at end of day..the so called minorities who come from poor families can only work for such conditions..

 

Upper caste and who ever can spend money will fly to other countries for jobs that provide equal pay of money. 

 

Edcustion institutions  will slowly collapse as there are no equal pay jobs .. this will send a domino effect.

 

That is why there are public sectors that need proper control of natural assets and jobs 

 

Otherwise china olympics ki ..he used most of the granite and infra material from indian mining companies like bellary ..that later found stealing natural resources for less taxes.. while china preserved their resources for future 

 

It makes easy for china to exploit..Adani will openly sell without thinking twice for double profit at loss of india
