that’s the perception created by YCP & gang , that explains on y TDP lost so badly in krishna & guntur municipal & corporation elections 

ppl want money that’s it & CBN doesn’t like spending  most of money on welfare schemes , he looks for long term goals but CBN is quite opposite for ppl & hence jagan is correct for them

Nayanaa TDP time lo kooda same money distribution on a different name Loan waiver , dwacra waiver , pasupu kumkuma. 

The manifestos of both parties had the same policies , infact TDP promised even more stuff like day one 3000 pension, yearly pasupu kumkuma , etc . 

I wish TDP took the right stance and promise more infrastructure but there's nothing separating them on policy basis

all other waivers & shi-t started just late 2018 & hence ppl lost trust in CBN
