Prathi city lo canals ,lakes, main roads antha occupation lo unnayi . I have not seen anyone try and clear them , only floods time lo hadavidi chestharu , after a week or two motham marchipotharu . 

Modi is perhaps the only CM to have cleared all occupations on  roads and canals .
