Yes yami wants to have physical relationship with her twin and then asks yama to bless her with an embryo. Yama denies as they both are brother and sis. Bhagani hasta bhojanam , Bhai dhooj ki anduke celebrate chesukuntaru.

Yeah she gives many examples of gods who had incest relationships but Yama says it would effect future generations and will deny it. 

But they say saraswthi is not biological daughter of Brahma.

Iam not sure about it. A scientist named Ian stevenson says the wait time for next birth is 16 months.

I read about  scientist named Ian Stevenson, he conducted experiments on children who claimed to have past lives from birth marks, accident marks for like 40-50 years. Results were surprising but i do not want to believe in past lives.
