It happens.. verey org lo positions untey choodu. Lekhapothey universal solution.. jump the ship. Company maaru.. my recomandation would be join a company which has potential of exponential growth..

I think I am getting exploited (not desi company but desi manager). I am working for same company for past three years and working on 4 projects. first year nominal hike echadu no bonus, second year no bonus but hike echi COVID valla revoke chesaru, this and last year company finances are good compared to pre-covid. But this year too no bonus or hike for me. Today I heard my team-mates got bonus last week and nominal hike but my manager haven’t communicated anything to me yet either positive or negative. Atleast he should have communicated.

I got 3 above and beyond, excellence awards in 2020 so I don’t think performance issues ... unlimited leaves ani chepparu but got only 3 days off whole year.

Time to change job.
