Veyinchukondi sooner or later Adi tappadu kada . Andariki em ravatle auto immune issue family lo unte vastunnattu unnayi . Assuming this as my sister got it same way for Oxford vaccine .  I scheduled my second dose of moderna vaccine in next week.

after taking second dose 4 days was feeling very uneasy, fever and light head aches

Yes, i got fever in 3 hrs of getting vaccinated and 24 hrs literally levale ate and again slept for 12 hrs.  Had fever, chills and horrible headaches. 48 hrs taruvata kinda ok. I got rashes next morning below injection site and rashes all over body slowly . This time i was mentally prepared for rashes and took same medication i took first time. One thing which is on going is i am super tired.

So, looks like first dose ki reaction vaste, 2nd dose ki compulsory vastadi anukunta

But rashes are better 2nd time or may be i was aware so didnt freak me out like 1st time.
