Good joke. Hyderabad lo life long lease ki ichina movie studios meeda em control vundi ippudu. Government leases are joke. Almost free gaa lands dobbeyatam thappa nothing else. 

I don't know what lulu agreement details were. Unless it has profit sharing with government it is also big bokka.

Most of leases given during CBN times have 99 years lease time. Ramoji film city has 99 years lease.
