Panemic time. you can't go to restaurant and eat. either you pick up urself or get delivery with generous Tip. anyway Doordash is already giving you free delivery indirectly

the app gives a default of $3 everytime. so i do that thinking thats what door dash wants them to have. There is also a delivery charge of $1 and and also a service fee of 10% - when i order from chipotle.

I usually tip them 15-20% in cash depending on the driver. If they make even a small effort to make sure food is properly delivered without leaving at the car etc I do 20%. They get paid very very less and the job is ridiculously time consuming IMO. Drive to restaurant, sometimes wait, pickup, drive to home and drop off. 

During summer time I give one cold water bottle also.

Many times nene velli techukunta because it gets super expensive for smaller orders but badhakam ga unte Grubhub/ubereats/dd order chesta. I hate ubereats but i have so many credits from Amex each month and I reluctantly use them.
