Only contractors desi kada uncle, FT mostly white.USAA is the one of the only few big corporations that don’t sponsor H1b, not even single h1b case I believe since past few years. Interestingly it’s also the organization which has great benefits (including pension) and people tended to stick to it for long time. Avg tenure is 12 years. I know an old American lady with 41 years of work experience with USAA.
