got LTI , last year and this year , hike matram peanuts and batanis..

but LTI usually mean you have to stay with company if you want to receive them...only good if you are happy at current place..

Base ekkuva penchithe vadu 401k contribution kuda perugutundi for that percentage .

 

for example , naa work place lo 6% 401k istadu base salary meeda. 
 

for example $150k base ,  401k employer contribution $9k per year .

oka 3%  = $154.5k .. 401k contribution will be $9270 per year ..

that means employer ki $270 additional expense every year
