No , the main reason for land prices increase is divestment of funds from stock market to safeguard themselves incase of a crash .

Hyderabad lo okkatey kadhu , even rayalaseema , tamil nadu lo kooda land rates baga perigayi after lockdown lifted .  

I wouldn't be suprised if it's the same in all states where real estate craze exists in public
