This is regarding online auction of various Government of AP owned Land parcels at Visakhapatnam AP, Govt. Of A.P. in association with NBCC (India) Ltd is in the process of e-auctioning of its land parcels in phases.

 

NBCC (India) Ltd is a “Navratna” status, profit making Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) under the aegis of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt of India.

 

In the 1^st phase, following 18 land parcels in Visakhapatnam are being auctioned on ‘as is where is’ basis as detailed below:

1400cr land LULU group tho agreement vundi in previous govt, for shopping mall, convention center and hotels with govt parternership. manchi prime area adi.. vizag lo oka proper shopping mall kuda ledu. enka ippudu evadu kattadu.

not sure. but heard it was partnership with govt. it would have generated hype.

i talked to some biggies in vizag who has money power, most of them sent there second generation to hyderabad and started investing there. looks llike money drain is happenning in vizag now. which is scary. investors are not confident on the future of vizag..
