Application receipt number vundhi, still in process from more than 4 months, no update. Driving license expire avuthadhi so how to renewal the DRIVER license while h4 application in process

not sure about virgina state law but u can get renewal for one year using H4 receipt in some states....call dmv and see

Depends of state rules.

Here is the process in Tennessee, you provide all the details including H4 receipt number to the DMV officer. They will do a SEVIS check with USCIS, DMV will give you a Tracking Number  
USCIS will take around 7-10 working days and update you and the DMV. After you receive the update you can go to DMV. 

They will only give license for 6 months.

I think you meant SAVE program. SEVIS is for students. 

SAVE is for verification of status and this is exactly how my wife got her license renewed last year when her extension application was in progress. This was in michigan SOS.

Wify ki last week DMV Virginia lo extension chesa pending H4 receipt meda , 1 Yr ichaadu validity.

• Go to DMV , they will send out the receipts (H4/765/485) to their verification team.
• You will be notified by email about the approval.
• Approval vacahaka just go back to DMV and they will renew it for 1 yr.
