Curfew is to just let people know or remind that corona is not gone forever and still exists in environment, so that it creates a noise and fear in the people to wear masks and follow protocols, day still need to run to keep economy in line.

Maharashtra going into full lockdown in next week. They just dont want to kill economy

especially those dependent on Shops that are not emergency requirements

Mostly by month end majority states will be full lockdown Kerala Karnataka etc

Day time gatherings negate the night time probability. Lockdown is not the suggestion, but atleast avoid gatherings of large masses of people, daytime or otherwise
