List A or B or C are same. just that what you are presenting to employer for verification.

so fill either List A (or) 

List B and C both.

One scenario: 

For List A, you need to fill both drivers license and EAD card if you have.

another Scenario:

For List B, fill Driver Lices and Under List C, fill SSN card.
