Child tax credit - kid in india for 8 months

Child tax credit claim cheyacha? Kid was in india for 8 months..irs site lo it says at least for 6 months ekkada vundali ani rasaru...kaani last lo if it is temporary absence or vacation you can claim annadu..so claim cheyacha.. any body faced similar situation?

Answer ite no.... naku telisina vallu chesaru and dorakledu. if caught u have to fay fine.

mari wat abt ur wife...u cannot  claim her as dependednt...Ento iii kakruthi jeevitham u missed ur baby for 8 months....Paisal kosam ...thuuu ...enduku kanta  ru ra babu ?

Did you check correctly, i heard for 2020 it doesn't matter the length of stay to claim tax credit... And this is only for 2020..

Personal reasons enno untai visa issues, job issues and speaking problems or Indian lo unte pillalni baga chusukuntadu relatives and grand parents

Agreed. If grand parents are healthy enough to look after it's not wrong to send kids. Manam elagu valla remaining life lo maha aithe oka 10 15 times choostham. Grand kids unte it fills a big void for our parents. Some people are just dicks. Grand parents daggariki kids enduku pamparu. Meeru penchalera. Inkenduku kanatam. Sick bastards.
