Its still less than 1% of the test conducted... way less..

so perhaps Kumbh Mela is not the superspreader event everybody fears it may be. we don't have all the data yet though. I'm just assuming UP govt actually conducted those tests, and didn't make up the data.

yes. I still hope they keep testing and if the positive rate goes out of hand, put down some restrictions.

that's all anyone can do at this point. Its impossible to manage 3 million people. 

we should instead hope that muslims be given the same leeway for Ramzan, and not be demonized for small gatherings. That's all I want.

People are concerned about Hindu paruvu rather than thinking how serious of a problem this is going to be in the next few weeks. News channels are mum because they dont want to state the facts. They are not even talking about this in prime time news. Emi manushulu ra babu 

You would only feel the pain if you loose a loved one due to this.

You don't get symptoms until a week after infection , their methodology is just stupid

Those numbers are under reported. Covid tests are having a larger turn around time due to the spike. And most people are not even bothered to get tested at all.
