LCA AMENDMENT QUESTION

I got a job offer. Applied for H1 Txfr.

I wanted to start as early as i get my H1 receipt which i did get today.

My employer took a rough estimate of 6-8 weeks for all this transfer process, 2 week notice etc and put the start date as May 17.

They said that on LCA, start date was May 17th.

Can i ask for LCA amendment and start early or is it better to wait till May 17th?

which service center you applied transfer to...and when did uscis received it ?

do you think working on receipt is safe ? what if something goes wrong then biscuit...

my doubt what is the significance of lca start date since transfer is not in our hands and we can get approval any time... so how can we be sure we will start on the date mentioned in the lca ..

1 month aey ga take a break and wait for approval.  Malla LCA amendment cheyali ah transfer ki . DO you want to really do this?
