Sunishith definitely has some kind of Psychological problem. He has deep hallucination and fascination about the movie industry and movie folk.

he probably really thinks in his mind he is a hero, who has lavish life and has relationships with heroines.

Also Sunishith might have "Grandiose delusions" a Condition where people have fantastical beliefs that one is famous, omnipotent, wealthy, or otherwise very powerful. people with this condition will have other mental disorders and slowly deteriorate with Schizoid and other conditions. He might one day think some celebrity is suppressing him and try to attack them. He needs help from a Psychiatrist. 

He needs help, these stupid youtube channel folks should not exploit him for views and subscribers. 

There is a disorder called depersonalization disorder where people get detached from oneself or the environment. For EX: watching a movie he or she might think they are the ones who is actually on the screen.

There have been people who thought that Some heroines/heros loved them just by looking at them on  the screen.

Dana martin a guy once planned to kidnap and Kill Justin bieber as he did not respond to him love mails. He planned to rape, castrate and kill Justin  Bieber.
