It automatically asks whether the date already passed.. select that.. you will know what happens next.. by the way, emanna compelling reason vuntey cheppadam marchipoku.. based on compelling reason for a need for prompt rescheduling, they will assign a priority category for callback.. you can even ask them what is the priority assigned to your case for a callback.. not a big deal.. just chill..
