forget about amaravati its history vizag is new norm

kerala got companies like UST global and other IT companies

even in TG many go to gulf that's different

comparing AP potential to Gandhinagar,naya raipur or daulatabad i have different opinion 

yes those places grown in centuries but exponential growth achieved after reforms

in 21st century building city is golden opportunity missed already
