they do not have infra to takedown 

public roaming with no rules and all parties doing rallies

beds running out worst is oxygen running out

strain is bad

Makes no sense to impose lockdown.

When pandemic hits a country like India, everything will run out. Hospital beds, oxygen and just everything.

two months la things will come under control..lockdown will create more panic and unrest than corona.

No lock down please. It is like putting a temporary bandaid, once the band aid is lifted it will create even more problems.. Better to reduce theaters to 50% occupancy and may be impose night and sunday curfew anything more will cause chaos and push a lot of middle class people into poverty
