Kerala. This is the only state where CM and the opposition leader addressed press conference and handled very well.

Yeah only funds can be collected in less than a year. Govts can be toppled in less than a year.

I am not defensing this show but so far the track record of almost all indian govts are piss poor when it comes to public health
