Ya lucky I had a tenant who paid rent for 1 year even he didn’t stay for a month in 2020. Now he is planning to move to his home state but he said in his hole state it’s even dangerous and he is in dilemma

After notes ban demand for real estate went up. Majority of black money flowing into real eatate. 

And as long as real estate rates keep raising , rents decrease won't matter. People will keep pumping the money.
