Resale kashtam avuthadi. And you have to keep bribing ghmc people for ever to escape fines and demolition.

 Chennai corporation is very strict in enforcing floor space rules , most of the illegal constructions only happen inside slums or former slums which have strong political patronage . 

Normal areas lo ekkada illegal construction ki oppukoru , one of the reason land is kinda of cheap in Chennai compared to Hyderabad , Bengaluru because commerical exploitation is hard

Nah Bengaluru is also pretty bad at enforcing anything . Even worse than Hyderabad
