kumar4world Posted April 20, 2021 Report Posted April 20, 2021 My opinion is its good to go as far as possible from city if you can with good water resources, title should be good, make sure the land is a patta land from past 50-60 years records and not a government land. To secure it, You can check Dharani website to track the land record once in a while once you purchase and also track the land physically. City daggara lands anni commercialize chesaru and chaala title issues ravochu because of high land value and greed. some lands near city are 1 cr per acre. Can we even get 5 lakhs per year on that land? NO! its just black money pouring in and people want a farm house as near as possible to city. Good luck! Quote
