stage_name will give the ticket status like Open,In Progress,Pending Credential,CLosed...i only need Pending Credential

Is your table have Audit data?  Like for the same Ticketnumber, all the status changes are stored in one table ?

 

Sounds like, you don't have any sensitive data in that table..You can post some data here... or Direct Message me.

You need Pending Credentials data. But we need to understand the table content so any one can help  you.

You also send the status might come to Open as well. so you need give sample raw data and desired out come from sample data. 

Just telling requirement won't sufficient for any one.
