Serum institute has a 200 m dose deal with center at 157.5 rupees per dose , it seems center is going to push vaccination costs onto the states after that . 

So 120 crores more people will be left to the state / private sector. 

Already most states are close to bankruptcy , now this will put further burden on them. Center should take some responsibility , almost all countries vaccination program is funded by central govt . India will join elite vroup of failed countries where central govt is not doing vaccination program
