12cr is on par with how other countries have vaccinated

new rate plan should be rolled back or states should be reimbursed if they make it free

The data would be more useful if they simply showed hospitalization numbers and death numbers.

for the moment if we assume that the data is right.. why isn't Modi giving out the vaccine for free like he's done so far.

even if number is less .. media and social media will spread the news as if everyone who took vaccine is dying or hospitalized 

that will demoralise people who want to take
