The only people who are investing in india nowadays are people who want their parents to have a good house , people who plan to move back in the near future or  stupid people who believe the lies of real estate brokers 

Purely looking at the rate of returns, indian markets and real estate prices are stagnant for the last 8 years .  US has outperformed india by a lot . 

Hyderabad is just a unique case because between 2010-2014 there was a decrease in prices duebto Telangana movement and the uncertainty of a new state.
