They have already sold the vaccines in so many countries , you can't fake numbers if you are operating in such a wide market. 

Obviously the efficacy might be lower than claimed but the vaccine seems to be working

So now you are claiming that Dr. Reddy will provide 800m by June aa? dude, the production will start at that time and will make 700m doses per year with 6 firms producing it. not 800m right away on June. There was nothing being done 'in the background'.
