Maintenance some people can. Private players who can maintain can come forward too. People will pay the money and get it. Govt ye anni konali, maintain cheyali and free ga ivvali ani emi ledhu. Ippudu health emergency. Cheyagalige vallani approve cheyali. Both the vaccines have high success rate. Oka big option was overlooked IMO.

 In India vaccines were always approved or disapproved based upon local trials. Had so much opposition not come to Covaxin, today production may have been much earlier done. And there is no Modi bhakti in this.
