Caffeine intolerance can cause sleep problems.

* Sleep (this usually does the trick)

* Roll an ice pack (or even a cold water bottle/coke can) on the face especially on and around eyes/forehead

* Inhale Steam with Vicks/Amritanjan 

* Keep drinking water

first velli oka liter water in 1 hr lopala finish cheseyyi. with in next hour lo all set ayitayi.. 

ofcourse tinu konchem.. inka taggakapote have a 1-2 hours sleep ..
