MY atha got admitted into hospital. Laksha per day anta.  It again depends on hospital also kada. Edi pedda super speciality kuda kadu ta. It has oxygen and beds though.

KIMS ICU lo it costs about 60k but then again remedesivir isthunnarante, costs will get added too. They are selling those injections for 20k ani vinna.

People also abusing some what. People who doesn't have serious condition also pressuring for hospital beds, redesivir and oxygen. So it's creating more demand resulting in more black market prices.

అవసరం లేకున్నా ఆస్పత్రుల్లోనే... 
కొందరు బాధితులు హోం ఐసోలేషన్‌లో ఉండి కోలుకొనే అవకాశం ఉన్నా భయంతో ఆస్పత్రుల్లో చేరుతున్నారని డాక్టర్‌ భాస్కర్‌రావు పేర్కొన్నారు. అలాగే చాలా మంది బాధితులు అవసరం లేకున్నా రెమిడెసివిర్‌ ఇంజక్షన్లు, ఆక్సిజన్, వెంటిలేటర్ల కోసం వైద్యులపై ఒత్తిడి తెస్తున్నారని ఆయన చెప్పారు. వైద్యులు నచ్చజెప్పినా డిశ్చార్జికి నిరాకరిస్తూ రోజుల తరబడి ఆస్పత్రుల్లోనే ఉండిపోతున్నారు. ఫలితంగా పడకలు, మందులు, ఆక్సిజన్‌ కొరత ఏర్పడుతోందన్నారు. 

వారి వల్లే ఆక్సిజన్‌ కొరత... 
ప్రస్తుతం ఒక్క కిమ్స్‌లోనే 500 మంది కరోనా రోగులు చికిత్స పొందుతుండగా వారిలో 240 మంది ఆక్సిజన్‌ సపోర్ట్‌ అవసరం లేకున్నా ప్రముఖులతో ఫోన్లు చేయించి బలవంతంగా ఆస్పత్రిలోనే ఉన్నట్లు డాక్టర్‌ భాస్కర్‌రావు తెలిపారు. గతంలో ఆ ఆస్పత్రిలో 40 వెంటిలేటర్లు ఉండగా ప్రస్తుతం వాటి సంఖ్యను 200 పెంచినా ఆక్సిజన్‌ అవసరాలు రెట్టింపయ్యాయన్నారు. గతంలో 3 రోజులకు ఒకసారి 20 కేఎల్‌ ట్యాంక్‌ను నింపే పరిస్థితి ఉండగా ప్రస్తుతం 24 గంటలకు ఒకసారి ఆక్సిజన్‌ నింపాల్సిన పరిస్థితి తలెత్తిందని చెప్పారు. ఒక్కసారిగా ఆక్సిజన్‌కు డిమాండ్‌ పెరగడంతో ఆస్పత్రి యాజమాన్యాలు కూడా ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నాయన్నారు.

I see. Nenu details adagale honestly.Talked for 2 mins. Remedesivir icharu to her also but i am not sure at what stage they give this injection.

అవసరంలేకున్నా రెమిడెసివిర్‌ వాడకం ప్రమాదకరం.. 
కరోనా కేసులను స్వల్ప, మధ్యస్త, తీవ్రమైనవిగా విభజించారని, స్వల్ప లక్షణాలు ఉండేవారు హోం ఐసోలేషన్‌లోనే ఉండి వైరస్‌ నుంచి కోలుకోవచ్చని డాక్టర్‌ భాస్కర్‌రావు తెలిపారు. ఇందు కు ఆక్సీమీటర్‌తో ప్రతి 3 గంటలకు ఒకసారి ఆక్సి జన్‌ శాతాన్ని పరీక్షించుకోవాలని సూచించారు. ఆక్సిజన్‌ స్థాయిలు 94 శాతం కంటే తక్కువకు పడిపోయినప్పుడే ఆస్పత్రిలో చేరి వైద్యుడి పర్యవేక్షణలో మందులు, ఆక్సిజన్‌ వాడాల్సి ఉంటుందన్నారు. కానీ చాలా మంది బాధితులు అవ సరం లేకున్నా స్టెరాయిడ్స్‌తోపాటు రెమిడెసివిర్‌ ఇంజక్షన్ల కోసం వైద్యులపై ఒత్తిడి తెస్తున్నారని, ఇది వారి ఆరోగ్యానికే ప్రమాదకరమని ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఐసీఎంఆర్‌ మార్గదర్శకాల ప్రకారమే వైద్యులు చికిత్స అందించాల్సి ఉంటుందని తప్ప బాధితులు కోరినట్లు కాదన్నారు. ఢిల్లీ ఎయిమ్స్‌లో ప్రతి 100 మందిలో ఐదారుగురికి మించి వైద్యులు రెమిడెసివిర్‌ ఇంజక్షన్లను వాడట్లేదని, కానీ తెలంగాణలో ఆస్పత్రుల్లో చేరిన వారందరికీ వైద్యులు వాటిని ఇస్తున్నారన్నారు. దీనివల్ల రోగుల ఆరోగ్యానికి చాలా ప్రమాదం జరుగుతుందని, మందులు పనిచేయకుండా పోవడంతోపాటు భవిష్యత్తులో ఇతర అవయవాల పనితీరు దెబ్బతినే అవకాశం ఉందన్నారు.
