but those magnetic blocks are really good my 2 year old only plays with them even though there are 100's of toys

what a silly question.  atleast you should have googled before asking here. 

a 3yo doesn't Google (I guess) and you are no different. so technically with a 3yo brain you don't have to gift anything, just enjoy cupcakes.
